CORSO SAP – ABAP/4

ItalSystem s.r.l. provides specialised SAP training courses, aimed at acquiring the main skills in programming ABAP 4as well as the basics of the logistics modules inherent to Master Data Management and MM (Material Management), with a special focus on the aviation sector.

SAP

It is the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system used by medium-sized and large companies. It is an integrated management software that manages processes in all sectors of the economy, from accounting to production processes.

Goals:

Providing the basic knowledge for developing applications for the SAP platform with ABAP/4, the proprietary language of the SAP R/3 platform.

The training will also introduce knowledge of concepts for creating and managing bill of materials (BOM), offering an overview of the MM logistics module; 

Target audience: 

Recommended for graduate programmers, computer science graduates or undergraduates, and those who want to learn the basics of SAP ABAP and advance in software development. 

Duration:

60 hours of which 20 hours of practical training.

ABAP/4 Introduction - Basic knowledge of the SAP R/3 platform programming language.

  • The Abap/4 development environment

  • Screen management (Parameters, Selection Screen)
  • Data types and instructions in ABAP/4
  • Insight into Abap/4 commands
  • Internal tables, types, field symbols
  • File Management
  • Examples of use with ALV GRID

ABAP/4 Data Dictionary - Tables, Data Elements, Domain, Structures:

  • DB data object definitions (SQL Abap)
  • Table creation and maintenance
  • Views on tables (SM30)
  • Database table creation (custom) -> Data entry -> Domain

ABAP/4 Open Sql

  • Types, Forms, Structures of SELECTs
  • Nested Select ABAP
  • Le Select Join ABAP
  • Populating internal ABAP tables with SAP database data

The BOM (BoM-Bill of Material)

  • Definition of bill of materials (BOM)
  • Use of the platform for the creation of base material and extension to the plant
  • Analysis and definition of main material views and attributes
  • Using the platform for creating and managing the bill of materials (BOM)
  • Using SAP Standard Functions for BOM Explosion

THE END

The closing of the course will be followed by a final learning test.

At the end of the activities, a certificate of attendance for the training course will be issued to each participant, indicating the main thematic areas and exercises covered.

Those who are most deserving will be included in the company database and evaluated for possible job opportunities in collaboration with some of the most important players in the industry.
